Elegant and aristocratic, in the tradition of the legendary New York company, the MX200 is a sophisticated electronics system that is a substantial update of the celebrated MX100. Extremely versatile, it offers a processing capacity of up to 11.2 channels, allowing the user to adapt it perfectly to a wide range of speaker configurations from 5.1 to 7.2.4 channels.
Equipped with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X multidimensional surround algorithms, it also features generous analogue and digital audio connectivity (with 2 optical and 2 coaxial inputs) with 11-channel balanced preamplified outputs, to which a balanced stereo input, two unbalanced stereo inputs (MM Phono and AUX) and unbalanced subwoofer outputs have been added compared to its predecessor.
On the video side, there are 4 HDMI inputs and 1 HDMI output (all with up to 40 Gb/s bitrate and HDCP 2.3 copy protection) capable of supporting 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz, guaranteeing full enjoyment of today's most elaborate cinema and gaming content. In addition, HDR compatibility via formats such as Dolby Vision, HDR10, HLG or HDR10+, and, in parallel, with the 4:4:4 and Rec. 2020 colour spaces.
As far as the audio section is concerned, the MX200 benefits from engineering solutions imported from the Binghamton-based company's digital components to provide genuinely high-end sound. The MX200 is completed by a feature increasingly valued by demanding consumers: room correction, embodied in the presence of the full-bandwidth version of the powerful Dirac Live scheme.
