Control it from your free app, with the optional Bluesound RC1 remote control or via Amazon Echo with the Alexa app skill and use Amazon's Alexa voice assistant to control your music system Bluesound. The Puse M is also compatible with Google Assistant and Apple's Siri if you add a device from that environment with a mic.
The Pulse M's Omni-Hybrid driver features a 5 1/4" woofer and two 3/4" tweeters mounted and offset at 45 degrees to each other to deliver an immersive 360° soundstage.
A custom-designed acoustic reflector above the woofer diffuses unwanted sonic artefacts while directing the driver's higher frequencies out and away from the speaker.
The driver assembly relies on a meticulously engineered power supply and an intelligent DSP amplifier that produces 80 watts of system power for real-time monitoring and control of frequency bandwidth, dynamic range and distortion to drive clear, lush audio from almost any listening angle.
An elliptical shaped cabinet and acoustically transparent fabric "grille" create a space-saving design that adds a contemporary touch to any space. Placement flexibility is available with the optional WM230 wall-mounting accessory and FS230 floor stands.
The PULSE M uses your Wi-Fi network to set up as soon as it comes out of the box. Simply open the BluOS Controller app and watch as it guides you through the setup process step-by-step. You can customise the speaker's name and give it a room, adjust audio settings and programme the 5 quick touch preset buttons that allow you to quickly listen to your favourite radio stations, music services and playlists with a simple tap.
As your all-access pass to millions of tracks, the BluOS Controller app allows you to stream songs from your existing music services, tune into your favourite podcasts or even listen to music from your personal collection. Thanks to aptx HD Bluetooth, users can wirelessly stream any music or application from a Bluetooth-enabled device in CD quality, opening up a whole new realm of streaming possibilities with Pulse M.
The Pulse M can also be grouped with other players in an ecosystem Bluesound to deliver high-resolution multi-room audio to one or multiple rooms, simultaneously.
