The success of the Motion series is directly attributed to its close relationship with MartinLogan's legendary high-end electrostatic speakers. The desire to convey that level of performance in a more traditional speaker at a more affordable price drove the initial design imperatives that created the Motion series.

For significant impact in a multi-channel audio system, the new Motion 50XTi delivers a wide soundstage with precise detail, thanks to a Folded Motion® subsequent firing and a patented Vojtko crossing network. XT is synonymous with extreme: realistic details from the ultra-fast Folded Motion XT tweeter, open and authentic midrange performance, along with deep musical bass response.

These classic performance technologies have been enhanced by the slightest modifications, including the design of the transmission stabilizing dust cap and rigid engine suspension. The speaker enclosure features increased internal bracing, a reinforced baffle, and a fabric grille. Available in three elegant finishes: gloss black, matte white and red walnut.
