The Lumina Center I is a distinguished center speaker expressly designed to perfectly complement the compact Lumina I monitor and/or the Lumina III floorstanding speaker in a configuration for multi-channel audio or very high-performance Home Theater.
As a member of the Lumina range, the Lumina Center I harmoniously combines luxury in materials and construction, minimalism in design and extreme naturalness in sound, which is also complemented by splendid versatility that allows it to perform at its maximum both in the reproduction of music and film soundtracks.
From an electroacoustic point of view, the Lumina I uses a 2-way, 3-speaker bass-reflex configuration, specifically one of the iconic DAD (Damped Apex Dome) hand-clad silk dome tweeters used in Sonus Faber 's Sonetto range , and two newly developed midwoofers equipped with an elaborate multi-fiber cone, the whole being managed by a frequency divider filter with an exclusive topology executed with audiophile-grade components.
As far as the finish is concerned, the front panel made of real multi-layer wood (walnut and matte wenge with maple inserts) must be added to the covering of the rest of the panels with the now iconic black leather from Sonus Faber .
