The Ether C Flow 1.1 are Dan Clark Audio 's response to the queries of numerous Ether C Flow owners about the possibility of improving the latter by incorporating a tuning kit similar to the one developed for the Aeon model. The answer was affirmative, and also with the “plus” of a very affordable price and an extremely easy installation that can be carried out without problems by the user himself, having also taken special care of the reliability parameter. At a concept level, what Dan Clark Audio engineers did was design a damping/absorption system that was elegant, flexible (being reversible) and innovative in equal parts. A system that for practical purposes involves carrying out the following process: removing the pads, removing the felt and absorbent foam, covering the transducer with a sticker supplied for this purpose, replacing the pads and applying a dedicated sticker around the charging port . The result is a clear improvement in resolution, soundstage width and dynamics that further increases the appeal of these headphones.
