DALI has ensured that the IO-8 headphones are designed and developed using the same principles used to create its loudspeakers, such as the recent RUBIKORE. The IO-8 is a true over-the-head HiFi loudspeaker. The 50mm drivers reflect this idea and mean that the IO-8s offer the largest drivers in their class.

Paper fibre diaphragms
The driver diaphragms are made exclusively from proprietary paper fibre and wood fibre materials. The paper fibre used in IO-8 drivers features randomly aligned fibres of varying lengths, creating a lightweight yet rigid diaphragm that offers optimal damping. The result is a natural, relaxed sound quality that is full of detail.
Durable premium materials
The IO-8 ear pads are finished in luxurious, high-quality genuine leather. In addition, the earcups feature a circular brushed and anodised finish on the outer parts of the cup.
