STAX is a company founded in 1938. In 1959 it developed the world's first electrostatic headphones and introduced the SR-1 in 1960. Today, STAX continues its legacy by offering the most sophisticated headphones for both professional and audiophile use.
The SRM-500T is an electrostatic amplifier with a hybrid design and RCA and XLR connections. Equipped with ultra-low noise mos-FET in the first stage, it has tube amplification in the second. This system, together with traditional circuitry, improves the efficiency of tube amplification.
The SR-L700 headphones are a model with an interchangeable cable structure and aluminum structure to maximize comfort during use. Equipped with a 6N cable, its design is very flexible and makes the pads fit more naturally on both sides of the head.
