The desire to convey that level of performance in a more traditional loudspeaker at a more affordable price point drove the initial design imperatives that created the Motion Series.
The secret to the Motion 40i's outstanding performance lies in its Folded Motion® tweeter, 5.5-inch aluminium cone midrange driver, dual 6.5-inch aluminium cone woofers with a rear-firing bass port and a patented Vojtko crossover network.
This dual-woofer design produces a vibrant and accurate deep bass performance. Motion 40i delivers the classic, spacious soundstage of the Motion series from a newly designed cabinet enhanced by the smallest of modifications, including the drive stabilising dust cover design, rigid motor suspension and low mounted woofers to reduce an acoustically damaging phenomenon known as floor bounce.
The speaker enclosure has a reinforced baffle and fabric grille. Available in three stylish finishes: gloss black, matt white and red walnut.
