Treble reproduction is handled by a 25 mm silk dome tweeter, which guarantees extreme transparency and smoothness, while midrange and bass reproduction is entrusted to two midwoofers with a continuous-profile cone made of 165 mm interwoven glass and carbon fibres, designed to maximise rigidity and robustness while minimising distortion at high volume levels.
The perfect harmonisation of the Speaker Box 12 E Carbon's three speakers is ensured by a frequency divider filter, featuring specially selected discrete audiophile-grade components and a high-quality printed circuit board, an architecture that reduces distortion levels in the mid and high frequency bands.
This assembly is mounted in an extremely rigid enclosure, constructed from sand-reinforced anti-resonance treated MDF to achieve a completely neutral platform for the transducers, coupled with irreproachable finishes, gold-plated connection terminals suitable for cables with all types of terminations and protective grilles with magnetic fixing.
