The I35 DAC is a downscaling of Primare 's iconic Series 30 stereo integrated amplifiers and the first to incorporate the new UFPD 2 power section, a radical revision of the Swedish brand's award-winning UFPD Class D amplifier technology. As Bent Nielsen of Primare Engineering says, " Primare only markets a new product when we are convinced that it can bring substantial improvements over existing models, and now, with UFPD 2, we are convinced that we have a power amplifier platform capable of exploiting the full potential of the Class D mode of operation" Delivering an absolutely linear amplifier power of 2 x 150 W continuous over 8 ohms across the entire audio frequency range, the I35 DAC delivers fast, clean sound with an unprecedented ability to bring music back to life. In addition to featuring fully balanced analogue inputs and outputs, the I35 DAC is equipped with a DAC section that allows conversion of PCM signals up to 768 kHz and DSD up to DSD256.
