The VM760SLC special line contact stylus cartridge is the flagship model of Audio-Technica 's VM line of cartridges, a line that goes back to AT's beginnings as a manufacturer specializing in high-end phono cartridges, but which also incorporates the advanced Current technology.
Like all VM cartridges, the VM760SLC is equipped with two magnets that match the positions of the left and right channels of the stereo record groove, ensuring extraordinary channel separation and greater frequency response.
The cartridge's ultra-light special line contact stylus allows it to follow the groove of the record with incredible precision and minimal abrasion, resulting in nuanced sound reproduction, low distortion and little record wear. Includes mounting material.
