Marantz Model 30

The Model 30 is a stereo integrated amplifier with a 100% analog circuit topology, composed of two separate stages, incorporating independent power supplies for the preamplification and power amplification sections. Equipped with an oversized toroidal transformer, the first of these supplies provides an extremely stable power supply that is not affected by the power demands of the power amplification section. For its part, the power supply corresponding to the power stage has been designed to instantly provide high currents to the switching amplifier used.

The Model 30 also includes a phono stage compatible with moving coil (MC) and moving magnet (MM) cartridges, combining the exclusive Marantz Musical Premium Phono EQ circuit and HDAM modules for exceptional vinyl record playback performance. . To this must be added an input impedance selector for moving coil cartridges with three different settings - MC LOW (33 ohms), MC MID (100 ohms) and MC HIGH (390 ohms) - in order to achieve optimal adaptation regardless of the model used. Following the Marantz tradition, the Model 30 incorporates the brand's exclusive Hyper Dynamic Amplifier Modules (HDAM) in the rest of its circuitry to offer the most musical, precise and detailed sound.
