It is a sophisticated mains pre-filtering unit designed to maximise performance in sound and image reproduction at the highest level, using the latest version of the original and innovative DC cancellation system developed by IsoTek almost 15 years ago.
The V5 Syncro Uni 16 bases its outstanding performance on IsoTek's newly developed V5 circuit board, which increases the current delivery capability by 260%, with a corresponding decrease in impedance, to the point where the peak value of the current delivery is increased to 16 amps.
To further refine performance, 32 high-quality copper/silver capacitors totalling 169,000 uF are used, while its internal electrical components can withstand discharges of up to 500 amps.
In practical terms, this product is suitable for all types of A/V and mains-connected electronics, and its main task is to eliminate the DC current present in the signal coming from the power supply, effectively damping the background noise of the system in which it is installed.
On the other hand, their unique design prevents losses in dynamics or bass restitution, reducing distortions with an openness and superior transient response. In parallel, transformer vibrations and hum are eliminated or minimised, improving the behaviour against disturbances due to micro-resonances.
