The Ether Flow 1.1 is Dan Clark Audio 's response to enquiries from numerous Ether Flow owners about the possibility of improving the Ether Flow by adding a tuning kit similar to the one developed for the Aeon model. The answer was yes, with the "plus" of a very affordable price and an extremely easy installation that can be carried out without any problems by the user himself, with special attention being paid to the reliability parameter. In terms of concept, the engineers at Dan Clark Audio designed a damping/absorption system that is elegant, flexible (as it is reversible) and innovative in equal measure. A system that for practical purposes involves the following process: remove the pads, remove the felt and absorbent foam, cover the transducer with a sticker provided for this purpose, replace the pads and apply a dedicated sticker around the charging port. The result is a distinct improvement in resolution, soundstage breadth and dynamics that further increases the appeal of these headphones.
