A 68 mm diameter planar-magnetic diaphragm with high electroacoustic efficiency ensures that voices are natural and smooth, bass is deep and solid, and treble is clear and detailed, all within a magnificent soundstage, perfectly sized and located.
The shells are made of premium solid rosewood. During the manufacturing process, these pieces are machined and polished, to finally be hand varnished and air dried. Finished with a steel grille, these acoustically excellent enclosures give the Apollo a distinctive and elegant appearance.
Transducers with QUAD-FORMER technology: Each transducer is made up of two magnets and a diaphragm, and in turn, each diaphragm or membrane incorporates a double coil on each side. Thus, this particular Quad Former diaphragm structure, with a total of 4 coils and 2 magnets, vibrates perfectly symmetrically at the same frequency, providing optimal electroacoustic energy conversion, free of distortion and extraordinary musicality.
The Quad Former membrane required three years of development, after which Sendy Audio achieved a composite material that combines rigidity, minimal thickness (3 microns) and optimal damping. Features that offer precise and deep bass while preserving the warmth and naturalness of vocals and the midrange, as well as a clean and detailed treble response up to 40kHz
The headband is made of genuine goatskin, a material selected for its preservation qualities over time, its appearance and soft texture.
Perfectly ergonomic, its construction and interior padding allow ideal weight distribution, which, together with the sliding adjustment system, makes the Apollo a light and comfortable headphone, ideal for long listening sessions.
Cushion made of soft synthetic leather and memory foam, the Apollo cushions have a concave shape that completely accommodates the ear and eliminates any pressure on it.
To ensure perfect signal transmission, the Apollo is supplied with a 6N OCC pure copper braided cable. The cable is detachable, allowing it to be updated at any time.
Two female connectors located on the sides of the headphones face forward, thus preventing the cable from falling on the user's shoulders.
