Most studios do not have a truly flat frequency response. They have dips and modal peaks that even software can't match. The X1 solves this problem with room independence and flat tuning, allowing your monitoring to rival the flattest studios in the world.
No room treatment is required. The X1's individual calibration follows you to any device. Run USC calibration on your laptop or as direct EQ values on any hardware, e.g. RME Total Mix, UA Console, MOTU Control, Neumann Monitor Mission and any DSP-enabled audio interface or analogue EQ strips.
Each X1 unit is individually tested and calibrated to correct for any deviations in the frequency response of the material and acoustics. The analytical power of AI allows the X1 to be tuned with another layer of precision. The USC II add-on features studio, front-of-house (FOH) and automotive emulations, expertly preset by Ollo and powered by Realphones.
X1's default calibration is optimised for stereo mixing and translation. With just one click, you can switch to spatial audio mixing in binaural mode or use the popular Harman lens to verify your mix.
Handcrafted from hickory, aluminium, stainless steel, leatherette and silicone. Backed with a 5-year limited warranty. All parts are interchangeable using household tools and are available in the webshop. When the time comes, you can easily replace worn X1 parts right at home. No special skills are needed: anyone can handle it.
