These components are organized in a dual monophonic topology, compatible with both moving magnet (MM) and moving coil (MC) cartridges, which houses a carefully selected RIAA equalization section, as well as a generous palette of adjustments designed to optimize the critical input impedance for MC cartridges and the input capacitance for MM type cartridges. From an overall point of view, it must be stressed that the creators of the Phono Box DS2 have made great efforts to develop a very linear circuit design that allows obtaining the best possible sound from a minimalist printed circuit board.
