The Michi P5 stereo preamplifier combines the latest in audio signal processing with a complete set of inputs for analog and digital sources. The result of a development process lasting more than 3 years, every aspect of the P5 (power supply, circuit design and selection of critical components) has been carefully executed to guarantee maximum integrity of the path traveled by the audio signal, eliminating unwanted noise and distortion.
Two D/A converters with 32-bit technology feed preamplification circuitry configured in Class A that maximizes the level of detail, precision and fidelity of the sound, maintaining the rhythm and tempo of all types of musical genres regardless of the user's listening style. These circuits are supported by a set of 17 independent voltage regulators, fed from 2 toroidal transformers designed and built by Rotel and accompanied by filtering capacitors with low ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance), with the objective of supplying a ripple-free current to all critical circuits.
The Michi P5 supports MQA (“Master Quality Authenticated”) technology, which allows you to play encoded audio files and streams in a system designed to bring the sound of the original recording back to life with extreme precision. The Michi P5 is completed with in-house manufacturing in dedicated facilities ensuring full satisfaction of the quality standards required to display the Michi logo.
