Second channel for the SOLO music compact. It needs to be connected to Como Audio SOLO . Stereo sound involves the precise reproduction of separate left and right audio channels. In that sense, SOLO has a secret weapon, the built-in ability to reproduce stereo sound when combined with the wired loudspeaker (3.6 metres) Ambiente from Como Audio. From then on, Ambiente will handle the right channel, while SOLO will handle the left channel tasks. Once connected, Ambiente doubles SOLO's maximum output power from 30 watts in mono to 60 watts total in stereo, resulting in 3dB more SPL. It also provides an approximate 10Hz improvement in bass. SOLO was designed to sound great on its own, but when paired with Ambiente, they become a dynamic duo that will give both ears a pleasing sound. Although Ambiente requires a wired connection to SOLO , it draws its full power from SOLO's built-in Class D digital stereo amplifier. Therefore, Ambiente does not require an external power supply or power cable.
