Equipped with the unmistakable aesthetics of its range companions, this extremely refined product has its key differentiating attribute in the use of a hybrid architecture based on Nuvistor valves and Class A operation.
Compared to its predecessor, the acclaimed Nu-Vista Vinyl, it now features a fully balanced topology implemented with discrete components, as well as three gain stages powered by solid-state circuitry configured in Class A.
The equalization section is completely passive and consists of two separate stages, a more expensive and difficult to implement solution than the conventional one, but which ensures an extremely precise representation of the ideal equalization curve, by involving a lower deviation with respect to the latter and a better adaptation of impedances.
All the described subsystems are mounted on a perfectly executed printed circuit board (PCB), which has been designed to minimize noise and distortion, while also featuring very low output impedance. In addition, the balanced and unbalanced analog outputs have their own stages, thus allowing the user to use them simultaneously.
