Right-handed version. Designed to operate either resting on two specifically developed feet or directly attached to a wall, the Pro-Ject VTE is an original turntable available in two versions depending on the location of the tonearm: the VTE-R (arm located at the right) and the VTE-l (arm located on the left). In this way, the user has total flexibility both in terms of aesthetics and functionality in a very wide range of spaces. An elegant plinth with a triangular shape and anti-resonant construction constitutes the letter of presentation of a set in which we also find common technological elements in Pro-Ject , such as a specially treated MDF plate weighing almost 1 kilo, an equipped turning system with a stainless steel bearing and 8.6-inch aluminum arm designed and built by Pro-Ject . As is also the norm in the brand's turntables, the drive is by belt, with the drive motor located at one of the vertices of the plinth. As a consequence of its particular configuration, the VTE is supplied as standard with optimized settings for support force and anti-skating (or anti-slip), while its entire structure has been designed - disc fixer included - to facilitate perfect tracking of the groove of vinyl records in a vertical position. Available in three finishes (matte black, matte red and matte white) and with factory-mounted connection cables terminated in gold-plated RCA connectors, the Pro-Ject VTE is completed with a factory-mounted Ortofon OM 5E pickup cartridge and which makes it a genuine very high quality Plug & Play analogue source.
