As the first manual REKKORD turntable in the M Series, the brand has set the bar high with the M500. Their intention was to develop a manual platter based on REKKORD's high-tech arms, which combine a basic, heavy chassis with a floating sub-chassis.
Despite its stylish design, the basic chassis has the necessary weight to dampen any type of impact noise and external vibration. The aluminum-covered floating subframe floats on four parabolic springs that decouple it from the rest of the chassis. This ensures additional insulation against external interference.
Three aluminum shock-absorbing feet next to the arm gimbal mount mean that the arm leveler can be dispensed with. Of course, the precise tracking and anti-skating forces of the Rakkord jukeboxes have also been applied to the M500.
