The AT-LPW50PB is a fully manual, belt-drive turntable designed to give you optimal high-fidelity audio reproduction from vinyl. Features a 30mm thick anti-resonant MDF (medium density fibreboard) base, with a luxurious gloss piano black finish, to isolate it from low frequency acoustic feedback and a sensor motor to ensure platter rotation speeds accurate at 331/3 and 45 RPM.
The turntable includes a matte-finish carbon fiber straight arm with adjustable tracking force and an AT-HS4 ½” universal head with AT-VM95E dual-magnet phono cartridge in black. Audio-Technica has been a leader in phono cartridge design for over 50 years, and that expertise is demonstrated in the versatile AT-VM95E high-performance cartridge, which features a 0.3 x 0.7 mil elliptical stylus, and is also compatible with any VM95 series replacement needle, offering a wide variety of options for every budget and application.
The AT-LPW50PB is equipped with a selectable phono preamplifier and a detachable dual RCA output cable to allow direct connection to components with or without a dedicated phono input.
